No Satish, you cannot do ITI correspondence from a government college. You will have to do regular course from any government college.

Dear Sukrit,
If you did 12th, you can do BBA course but if you are pushing for a technical course, you should do B.Tech. You should make career in a technical course. Why are you going for management after B.Tech? You can do MBA as it will be good for you but choices is yours.

Go to the websites of the colleges offering MBA in Nagpur. Check if they offer correspondence MBA. Call them up if required. Check IGNOU. Also, check if those options are viable across India as well.

Till date, AICTE and UGC didn't frame strong policy on engineering programme through distance mode or correspondence. So, keeping the safer side, you should go for regular mode for and even for complete knowledge, skills and practical work that you would miss in distance mode.
