Yes, it is recognised from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem is completely recognised as a University under Parliament Act. Normally, such big and good universities would not deviate with legislation.

ICFAI is directly approved by UGC, New Delhi. ICFAI does not seek local approvals. So, if you want to do good MBA in finance, you better come to Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore area. If not, come to Kolkata area for good Business Schools.

A 10+2 qualification is generally required. Some diplomas can be done after 10th too. You should check the institute website for details, popular ones are IGNOU, SOL Delhi, MGU, etc.
