According to me, you hold a LLB degree and a distance MBA degree.
LLB gives you an understanding of legal principles, legal procedures and laws and regulations of countries and then the idea of corporate governance and legal compliance and legal procedures to enter into a business transaction. Master of Business Administration is a post graduate professional degree which gives you an overall understanding of business administration functions and specific industries.

There is already a surplus of MBAs in the market so doing it from distance may or may not place you well. Instead, look for a job, get some experience and then plan your MBA/M.Tech whichever goes best with your profile or else go for a regular course in MBA from some reputed institute.

There is no problem as such in distance learning Bachelor's degree if you want to apply for MBA programme outside India. If you qualify the admission process, eligibility and your university is approved from UGC and AIU then you would get the admission.

Yes, as the distance education is valid. The university should be recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission) and AIU (All India Universities).
