It's really a good course if you are interested in to pursue your post graduation in retail and rural management course. As per the eligibility criteria of ANUCDE for M.Sc. Physics, A pass in B.Sc. With Physics as one of the subjects of study. So B.Tech ECE students are not eligible for this programme.

No you can not eligible. Technical education like B.E/B.Tech courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence never do this. Its better to go with regular/part time courses available nearby you.

If you want to settle abroad in teaching profession, than you should do B.Ed through regular mode and M.Com through distance mode because through that you would get knowledge, skills and practical experience related to teaching.
