There's lot of websites which provide free courses for fashion designing with Diploma, you could Google it, find a genuine one and there's some institutions websites are also available which can provide you the free course.

In my knowledge no university is offering MBA distance mode in Hindi language. You will have to opt for English.

Hi Pawan,
You can't pursue 2 full time courses at a same time. CS is a full time professional course, then you should do B.Com via correspondence. Further, if you want to do regular B.Com, then you can start CS after completing it.

Hi,
It's not tough to pursue CS along with B.Com. Even you will get help through coaching of CS in giving examination of B.Com. Also, you can refer ten years of B.Com for better results.

Yes, you can do the asked diploma course. The eligibility criteria is applicants should have completed minimum 16 years of age on the date of admission and there is no upper age limit.
Educational qualifications: A pass in SSC/SSLC/HSC/Matriculation or Equivalent, Graduates/Post Graduates/ Diploma Holders/Engineering Graduates.
Or,
No Formal Qualification: Open Education system - A Candidate who does not have any educational qualification can also join the diploma courses under open education system. Hi Agniv. All UGC recognized institutions follow the UGC guidelines. So doing a regular BBA course in PRIDE is same as doing the course in other institutions and you will get same job prospects.
