You can't pursue, because you are a government employee, and then age may differ. But, you got good percentage. If you want to pursue regular means, you should leave government job and you can go attend the regular B.Tech class.

The career opportunities in cyber security are quite good and varies a lot depending on the job profile as well as the skills available. In place of theoretical courses, it will be better to get practical hands on training experience so that you have the required skills to start a career in this domain. CSSRL is a cyber security workforce development company which provide such training.

You should only pursue BCA through distance only when you have no other option. Annamalai is a good university. It is UGC approved.

Yes, you can do, but I suggest you to do M.Com, as correspondence rather than MBA as correspondence.

As per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue a LLB course through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promise to allow students to complete their LL.B. course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps. Moreover, regarding certain colleges offering innovative degrees in law (which are not eligible for practice in law) may not be recognised by UGC. See, the specification of degrees by UGC: http://www.ugc.ac.in/pdf
