If you want to pursue M.Sc then I would suggest you to pursue regular M.Sc as there is no benefit of distance education.

You can do distance, open engineering from ignou, Sikkim-manipal University etc, can also apply to institution of engineers which is equivalent to engineering.

Dude the best college for you will be LPU.You can also get it from COMEDK colleges and colleges in Noida. They offer distance learning option in their college.

In distance MBA before going to take admission, you should check a few things like:
1) Govt. Recognition UGC, DEB, AIU, NAAC,
2) Quality of education like Online Learning, Live lecture, ebook, study guides, reference videos,
3) Exam should be online MCQ based,
4) If you go through university, they provide you a proper Master degree which means your degree is globally acceptable and if you want to go with institute like Symbosis, Welingkar, it's not a degree but a Diploma course.
