Yes, DIT University does provide direct admission to the B.Tech programme under certain conditions. While the major admission path to is through JEE Main scores applicants who have not taken the JEE exam can still apply based on their 12th-grade achievement. Direct to admission normally requires a minimum of the 60% in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).However, the availability of direct admission may be determined by the seat availability and university the policy for the current academic year.

Well, as far as placements are concerned, DIT University has performed quite well in this regard and many students got placed in various sectors renowned companies. DIT University accepts JEE Main, GATE and UKSEE (for Uttarakhand students) entrance exams for admission to B.Tech. For general category students, the minimum score in JEE Main is around 90%.
