I'm afraid the three-year Diploma in DMLT does not directly qualify you for applications to NEET from your educational background. The conditions for qualifying for NEET will include completion of 10+2 or its equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as core subjects.
