No, you just have to register once before the first round of counselling. NBE will not open the registration window before the second round of counselling. Candidates must note registration is mandatory to participate in the counselling process.

No. Candidates who have chosen to freeze their seats cannot participate in the next round. They must deposit the course fee for the allotted seat or it will be forfeited.

Yes, you can participate in the second round. However, you must not choose the 'Freeze' option during the first round if you wish to participate in the next round.

Yes, you can apply. It must be noted candidates do not have to register again for the second round. You can directly modify the choices filled during the first round (if you want to). Seats will be allotted based on choice declaration, DNB PDCET rank, availablity of seats etc.

National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts DNB PDCET counselling for seat allotment. For some exams, the exam conducting body is different than the counselling body. For an example, in case of  NEET PG, NEET SS. These exams are conducted by NBE but counselling is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). In case of DNB PDCET, both the exam conducting body and counselling agency is same, i.e NBE. DNB PDCET counselling is conducted online for seat allotment for admission to various post Diploma DNB courses.
