Yes, a person can become a doctor through a paramedical course, that will be a further step toward higher education.If you wanted to do something within the realm of becoming a medical doctor (MD or MBBS), the pathway usually is through a medical degree. Yes, the Pharm D course is a professional doctorate in Pharmacy, and it entitles the holder to be referred to as a "Doctor". In other words, they are Doctors of Pharmacy. Not medical doctors, though, they hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy; hence, they are eligible to practice as a pharmacist in patient care and other medication management services.

No, you cannot become a Doctor after an MSc in Biochemistry. If you want to be a Doctor, MBBS is the medical programme you should opt for. An MSc in Biochemistry will not qualify you to practice medicine as a Doctor. Instead, you can go for the  Research or Pharmaceutical sectors as a Biochemist.
