After completing class 12th in Science, I would suggest you go for B.Sc. or B.Tech, because after completing this course. Yes, you are eligible to give AFCAT CDS level exam through which you can join the Indian Armed Forces.

you are doctor which is also not an easy thing
by doing UPSC you will explore many fields in government and same time by using for medical experience you can do lots of good deeds for society
its hard to be doctor and prepare for UPSC at same time because doctor is life saver and work 24*7 when need may it will affect your preparation so

Candidates who have completed MBBS BDS BPT BNYS B.Sc. (Nursing), B.A. MS BUMS B.Sc. (Emergency Care & Trauma Care & Technology) and BHM are only eligible to study Diploma in Emergency Medicine. You should consider a few things when choosing a career. Those things are : 1. Interest in the subject, 2. Duration of the course, 3. Chances of you passing that course, 4. Earning potential. In the three courses that you have mentioned, earning potential is very high in all of these. Chances of passing are the highest in Doctor, lower and in CA and the lowest in IAS. Duration of Doctor and CA is 5+ years whereas IAS may take even longer. Interest in subject is upto you.
