Hi Aisha,
Admission is not easy, many students apply and each have different profiles, some are more strong. So, universities will admit the best as per their admission policies and their standards. A consistent good performance is required, above 75% from 10th to 12th is what most top colleges prefer. Apart from good grades you must also show some extra curricular activities.

For becoming a doctor, you should have Science with biology as a subject in class 11th and class 12th. After that, you have to clear the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET UG for entrance into the MBBS (Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery) course. If you got a good rank in it, you would be selected in a government medical college or otherwise you have to opt for a private medical college. Hi,
Science is not the only subject. You can come to commerce and get down in Management. You can do BBA and MBA. Specialisation are lots to choose from. My friends who choose Science changed there course in UG for better opportunity.
