You are not eligible for the doctor position because you don't have enough qualification to be a doctor. Still you need to learn and study high education in your specialized programme. Do some more courses and take training from a reputed hospital or institutes.

Hi Aashi,
Surgeons perform operations and other medical procedures to treat injuries, diseases, and deformities. To become a surgeon, you will need to first complete MBBS. The last 1 year is devoted to the compulsory rotating internship. Then one needs to complete M.S, a 3 years course that leads to a postgraduate degree in surgery. A doctor after successful completion of this course is eligible to work as Surgeon. DM / MCh is a super specialty program in medicine of 2 to 3 years duration which is optional.

For pursuing MBBS from a government college, the only door is to give NEET Exam that can give you government college, 12th marks doesn't matter much for MBBS.
I hope this helps.
All the very best.
