During the time of operation, doctors make the patients unconscious in order to relieve them from pain, it is called anesthesia. The physician who performs anesthesia is called anesthesiologist or anesthetist. Role of an anesthesiologist is very important during the operations since any allergic reactions may occur in the patient's body due to the effect of anesthesia. The duty of the anesthesiologist is to keep an eye on the breathing, blood pressure and heart rate of the patient. Yes, for anesthesiologist you need to get MBBS degree and MD in anesthesia. It's a Doctor degree.

Honorary degree has been given to those who has represents India on good level in any specific fields, such as art literature Science, commercial, sports etc. The degree is often conferred as a way of honoring a distinguished visitor's contributions to a specific field or to society in general. Hi Anant, difficult to say the cost because such programs are usually funded by the university or partially funded. The duration may be 5 to 7 years.
