Yes, NIELIT Itanagar conducts an entrance exam for admission to DOEACC O Level course. The NIELIT exam 2024 is conducted every year for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the titles as Non-Formal Courses. Both are same. DOEACC (Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses) is renamed to NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology). They have changed the syllabus of the Non-formal courses during the same period. I personally felt their approach and functionality improved after name change. They have added many new courses with the existing courses.

Hi Sameer, definitely you have to do o level Diploma before B level Diploma because o level is a foundation level.
