To be eligible for MBA admission at DOMS IIT Roorkee, candidates need to possess a graduation degree/ professional qualification in any stream from a UGC-recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates). Final year students can also apply for MBA course.IIT graduates (admitted via IIT JEE) with a CGPA of 7.0 or above on a 10 point scale are exempted from appearing for CAT.

I don't think you are full filling the minimal criteria. Check with college website. Chances of getting selected is very negligible even after applyng.
