This depends upon the candidate, every candidate has to maintain 75% attendance, everyone has to maintain decorum in the institute, do assignments, maintain CGPA for good placements, do some quality projects to demonstrate their skills, you have to do presentations.

The average package in our college is INR 4-5 LPA, and higher packages between INR 15-20 LPA are also offered. It's all up to your preparation, which you must do in your first three years and maintain a CGPA above 8 at least for a smooth process.
