Normally, the eligibility is capped at 50% or 55% marks in graduation. As you have scored lower than this I am afraid you may be declared ineligible. But approach administration staff and please your case personally. You may succeed.

Eligibility criteria and admission procedure:
The candidate must have passed the class 12 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognised board unsecured the minimum cutoff marks prescribed by the University. The selection will be based on the merit on the basis of marks obtained which will not include any vocational subject.
