There are a number of Universities and Colleges in India that provide several courses in Law. The degree courses range in 5, 3 and 2 years and the diploma courses are either for 1 year or 6 months. After your graduation from a recognised university, you are eligible to join the Diploma programme under distance Education Mode of selection. You shall submit an application in the prescribed form along with required testimonials. Application forms are issued in the 1st week of May.

Yes, you can get admission in Diploma after your 10th. Now from this year Diploma is equivalent to 10+2 and in future if you want to do further studies with same branch you'll get lateral entry mean direct admission in second year.
