In Dr. C.V. Raman University during the 2022 placements, 22 out of 60 postgraduate students were successfully placed. In 2021, 12 out of 30 postgraduate students were placed. For other popular courses such as MBA and MSc, 284 students were placed out of 833 students, and 60%-70% of students get placed during the recruitment process every year. The highest and the lowest packages offered at Dr. C.V. Raman University were INR 10 LPA and INR 2 LPA respectively.

The campus placement process generally comprises of Skill Assessment Test, Group Discussion, Panel Interview, Technical Test, and General HR round. In order to be prepared for the campus placements, students are advised to solve random aptitude tests, be updated with recent news topics, prepare technical terms, etc. The key to excel in all the rounds is good communication skills. For the GD round, students must not forget to take charge to emerge the best amongst the lot.

The DR.C.V. Raman University has not released the 2023 placement details. But NIRF report is out. The average salary package for UG courses is 1.80LPA and 1.92LPA. For PG (1 year) median salary is 1.80LPA and PG (2 year) median salary is about 1.92 LPA respectively. The placement rate of 2022 is increased by 22% with comparison of 2021 for BTech course.

A great opportunity is provided by the university. The university put great efforts to get the students placed. The university has tie-ups with MNCS like TCS who come for the placement drives. Around 70-80% of students got placed with a good package of salary. The placement cell also gives tips and tricks to crack the interview and to get good placements.
