Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi Cut-off

Admission to this institution is based on counseling and the score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). To be eligible for admission, candidates must score a minimum of 80 out of 200 in NATA, and have secured 50% marks in their 12th class examination for the general category, and 45% marks for OBC, SC, and ST candidates. Additionally, candidates who have completed a 10+3 Diploma in any stream recognized by the central or state government, or have an equivalent qualification, are also eligible for admission. They must have a minimum aggregate of 50%, or at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates belonging to backward class categories and persons with disabilities from the state of Maharashtra.
