Admission to B.Tech and MCA is primarily based on JEE principal, UPSEE and admission to Ph.D. programmes is based on CET score. Of course, number of seats available depends on host of other factors like, vacant seats at admission in first year, number of students who failed in first year etc. But knowing that large number of seats in engineering colleges are not getting filled up, I visualize that all students seeking lateral admission will get it
