There is a chance of admission into DR. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University for B.Tech (mechanical engineering) as per the previous year's minimum required percentage is above 68%. If you belong to reserved castes ( sc/st ) then you have an edge. The cutoff marks change every year so it is difficult to say the accurate cutoff.

Yes, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University's fee refund policy is there but there is a time constraint. The fee reimbursement is done within 14 days from the day on which you have paid. The application fee ie., INR 1500 is not refundable. You can also check with the college administration for further Information.
