It is difficult to get admission with 50 percentile if you enroll in general category.
If you are from SC/ST candidate, below are some good colleges:
1. Indira Institute of Management,
2. Atharva Institue of Management,

To get admission in MMS course, a minimum of 50 percentile is required in MAH-CET examination.
As regards hostel facility, unfortunately college does not provide accommodation but there are plenty of PG accommodations available around the area in which the college is located.

To clarify, PGDM is not a degree. It is a diploma course approved by AICTE. If you are looking to study for a Doctorate, PGDM is not recognized as a valid qualification unless acquired through some specific colleges. (Please refer http://goo.gl/N7wtcg to get a list of institutes whose PGDM is equated as MBA degree.)
As regards placements and faculties, Dr. VN Bedekar's Institute of Management has consistently achieved new heights. Most of the faculties here at least have a PhD and all the faculties possess wide and varied industrial experience.

Actually, going through the DTE procedure is better. The reason being that you need not apply for several colleges at once.
