DTU - Delhi Technological University Placement

Delhi Technological University (DTU) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are both esteemed institutions in India, yet they differ in curriculum, placement opportunities, and admission processes.DTU provides a diverse array of undergraduate and postgraduate programs spanning engineering, management, and science. Renowned for its robust placement record averaging 15.07 Lacs per annum, DTU boasts a strong alumni network and emphasizes research and development activities.NITs, comprising 31 autonomous engineering colleges, focus on undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and technology. Known for their academic prestige and research-centric environment, NITs offer a curriculum with a pronounced emphasis on research, suitable for students inclined towards academia.Regarding admission, both DTU and NITs stipulate a minimum of 60% in MPC subjects and qualifying in English. However, DTU reserves 85% of its seats for Delhi residents or those who cleared class 12 exams from specific boards, while NITs follow a more general admission process.Ultimately, the choice between DTU and NITs hinges on programme specifics, curriculum nuances, and alignment with individual academic and career objectives.

Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University placements:It has a good placement record. KL University has a dedicated placement cell that prepares students for final placement through internships, workshops, and seminars. The university offers excellent placement opportunities to its students every year, with more than 200 companies participating in the placement drive. The average package offered during the placement drive is INR 9.7 LPA, and the highest package offered in 2022 was INR 25 LPA. KL University the highest package stood at INR 58 LPA in 2023, which was bagged by the MBA batch. Some of the top recruiters of the university include Accenture, Airtel, Goldman Sachs, Axis Bank, Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, ITC, Wipro, Vodafone, Zoho, Everest, Deloitte, and Dell. KL University has been successful in employing all the students who have registered and are eligible for placement through its offices across the country.  DTU Placements:The highest package and average package offered to Bachelor of Technology (COE, IT, MCE) and Bachelor of Technology (IT) during placements 2023 stood at INR 82.05 LPA and INR 25.22 LPA, respectively. The highest package and average package offered to Master of Business Administration (USME) were INR 23.78 LPA and INR 9.02 LPA, respectively. Additionally, the highest package and average package offered to Master of Technology during placements 2023 stood at INR 51.03 LPA and INR 26.96 LPA, respectively. Top  recruiters are Samsung, Microsoft, Zomato, Deloitte etc.  

College of Engineering, Anna University placements: The highest package and average package offered during College of Engineering, Anna University placements 2023 stood at INR 36.50 LPA and INR 6.93 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 2,114 students were placed during College of Engineering, Anna University placements 2022. Further, 27% of the total students received monthly stipend in between INR 50,000 and INR 100,000 during CEG Guindy Internships 2022.DTU Placements:The highest package and average package offered to Bachelor of Technology (COE, IT, MCE) and Bachelor of Technology (IT) during placements 2023 stood at INR 82.05 LPA and INR 25.22 LPA, respectively. It is difficult to make a direct comparison between the placements offered by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Indore and other DTUs. However, NMIMS Indore has a good placement record, with the average package for the year 2023 being INR 12.5 LPA and the highest package being INR 16.8 LPA. The placement packages may vary depending on various factors such as the course, the industry, the job profile, and the performance of the student. It is important to note that other DTUs may have different placement records, and it is advisable to research and compare the placement records of different institutes before making a decision.
