You must go for computer science and engineering because the placement in DTU for computer science and engineering is very good and you may get a lot of opportunities in this branch.

Lateral entry admission is for students who have completed Diploma in engineering or B.Sc. You as a B.Tech student are not eligible for lateral entry admission for B.Tech in DTU.

Both are good but DTU is old and reputed so I will suggest you going with DTU. The placement record of both the universities is almost same.
