No, DTU doesn't have lateral entry seats. You should try JECRC University, Vivekananda Global University-Jaipur or Manipal-Jaipur.

If you are in first year and clear it then automatically you will get second year lateral entry which is only meant for Diploma engineering holders.

Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

If you are really getting admission in DTU then wait for next year for IITs. So, I suggest you to go and take admission as dropping one may lose another year if you are not getting it.

With this rank, you will get low branches like ENE, EP, Biotechnology and PCT.
If you are lucky, you might get civil too, but no chance for core branches like CSE, ECE, mechanical engineering, EE, SE, IT, etc.

For CSE, the required OBC-NCL rank is between 4000-10000.

Delhi Technological University (DTU), formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), is an engineering university located in New Delhi, India. It is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India and Delhi's first engineering college. It was established in 1941 as Delhi Polytechnic and was under the control of the Government of India. The college has been under the government of the NCR of Delhi since 1963 and was affiliated with the University of Delhi from 1952 to 2009.
