Delhi Technical University (formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering) has been established under the Government of Delhi in 1963. It is a state university and was affiliated with the University of Delhi from 1952 to 2009. In 2009, the college was given the status of 'University', thus changing its name to Delhi Technological University. DTU is counted amongst the oldest Engineering colleges in India. Usually, the cutoff for DTU stays around 90, even for the reserved categories. Therefore, getting into B.Tech courses at DTU is difficult with a JEE Main percentile score of 90 or below. The cutoff also goes high and low every year, depending on the following factors:
Number of aspirants registered, The difficulty level of the exam, Total number of seats available, total number of applications received for a particular program, and the category under which admission is sought. Therefore, it is very difficult to predict the exact cutoff and give an exact answer to this question.

According to the information I found, for getting admission and a sure seat in DTU, your JEE Mains general category rank must be under 10000. That means you have to score at least above 99.2 percentile in JEE Mains. For top branches in DTU your JEE Mains rank must be under 2800 rank, or you can say more than 99.8 percentile score. However, since you mentioned that you belong to the SC category, there is a relaxation of 10% of marks for SC/ST category candidates. So, it is possible that you might get admission into DTU with 62 percentile i
