Hello Chitvan,
Yes, 3 years Diploma from a state board will make you eligible to appear for DTU LEET examination of 2019. There of course some other criteria like minimum and maximum age that normally any normal student will be able to meet. Yes, you are eligible. You need to participate in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by DTU. The eligibility criteria is Diploma in engineering with 60% of marks. However, there are very few seats available in DTU for outside students, so you may not get your preferred branch.

Hello Anuj,It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you want to seek admission for Bachelor of engineering course via lateral admission after completion of your Diploma in Engineering. I must say that your aim is very good and I hope you achieve your aim next year. As per the rules in existence you can think of or rather you will be allowed to appear for the entrance exam conducted by DTU only next year and not in this year.
