You should revise the subjects that you have studied in your Diploma. Solve previous years papers would help you knowing the pattern & complexity of exam. Time management will help a lot because the predictionsmathematics part of Lateral Entry Test would be
lengthy, and you have to attempt carefully. The entrance test shall comprise of two papers of one and half hour (1 Hr. ). Duration each. The first paper will be common to all candidates and second paper will be specific for respective programme. The test will comprise of only objective type of questions. Each question will have multiple (four) choices with one correct choice. Each correct answer will be awarded four marks, whereas one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. You have very less time to prepare. It's time to give your best shot. Best of luck!

Yes, 3 years Diploma from a state board will make you eligible to appear for DTU LEET examination of 2019. There of course some other criteria like minimum and maximum age that normally any normal student will be able to meet. For Lateral Entry seats in Government Colleges entrance exams is the only way to secure a seat. However, for Lateral entry admission in private colleges apart from entrance exams direct admission through management quota is also possible. Though Diploma engineering courses may help in early exposure to the job market yet, you may miss out a few opportunities due to lack of a degree. Eligibility Criteria:
You must have completed a full-time Diploma engineering course or an equivalent degree from a recognised institute (Approved by Government of India). If you are a B.Sc graduate, it's necessary for you to have Mathematics as one of your subjects in graduation. You must have an aggregate of 45% throughout your 3 years Diploma course or graduation. Hello Anuj,It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you want to seek admission for Bachelor of engineering course via lateral admission after completion of your Diploma in Engineering. I must say that your aim is very good and I hope you achieve your aim next year. As per the rules in existence you can think of or rather you will be allowed to appear for the entrance exam conducted by DTU only next year and not in this year. These days the rules are changing so quickly that there is no point of knowing what would be the case next year, however I would advise you to study good for this and the next year in your Diploma with the aim of increasing your knowledge of the subject and not only towards passing marks in the examination.
