DTU LEET

The admission process of DTU LEET comprises filling out the application form, downloading the admit card, appearing in the exam, declaring results and participating in counselling. The admission process for DTU LEET usually involves the following steps:Application: Candidates need to apply online on the official website of Delhi Technological University (DTU).Admit card: Once the application process is completed, DTU will release the admit card for the entrance exam. Candidates need to download and take a printout of the admit card to appear for the exam.Entrance exam: DTU LEET is a computer-based test that usually comprises objective-type questions based on the syllabus of the 1st year BTech programme. Result: After the exam, DTU will release the result in the form of a merit list. Candidates who qualify for the exam will be called for counselling.Counselling: The counselling process for DTU LEET involves document verification and seat allotment. Candidates need to carry all the required documents and certificates for verification. Based on their performance in the entrance exam and availability of seats, candidates will be allotted a seat in the BTech programme at DTU.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers admission to the second year of the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech.) programs through DTU LEET. There are a total of nine BE/BTech. programmes offered by DTU, and all of them are available for lateral entry admission through DTU LEET. The purpose of DTU LEET is to provide lateral entry admission to the second year of the four-year Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes offered by Delhi Technological University (DTU). DTU LEET is conducted for candidates who hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and wish to continue their education in the engineering field. The aim of DTU LEET is to provide an opportunity to Diploma and BSc degree holders to get direct entry into the second year of the engineering programmes offered by DTU. This saves them one year of study, as they can directly join the second year of the programme instead of starting from the first year.

To be eligible for DTU LEET (Delhi Technological University Lateral Entry Entrance Test), you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Nationality: You must be an Indian citizen.
2. Educational Qualification: You must have passed a three-year Diploma in engineering or technology from a recognised institution with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or a B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) with Mathematics as a subject.
3. Age limit: There is no age limit specified for DTU LEET. If you meet the above eligibility criteria, then you are eligible to apply for DTU LEET entrance exam.
