Your prospects of being admitted to Delhi University (DU) or Banaras Hindu University (BHU) with 741 marks will rely on the entrance exam in question as well as the program's cutoffs. Both BHU and DU have intense competition, and each year's cutoffs are determined by the programme and applicant pool. Higher scores typically increase your chances, but it's important to confirm the precise cutoff for your programme and category. You have a fair chance if your score is in line with the previous year's cutoff percentage.

Yes, it is expected that DU's CUET passing marks can range between 400 and 500. Some of the top colleges don't accept this range of marks. Top Colleges of DU namely Hindu College, Sri Ram College of Commerce, Miranda House, and Lady Shri Ram College for Women accept scores of around 700 and above in CUET.CUET is scored out of 800, and the exam comprises multiple-choice questions. The highest cut-off marks for DU admissions typically fall between 650-700. For admission to the B.Com (Hons) course, a score above 700 is considered good. For admission to the English (Hons) course, a score above 700-720 is considered good.

The Common Seat Allocation System or CSAS Portal is used to facilitate the process of undergraduate admissions for the University of Delhi. Aspiring candidates can apply to DU via CSAS portal. Basically, there are 3 phases of DU admissions:
Applying to DU by registering in the CSAS portal
Course and College preference filling in CSAS
Seat Allocation
The merit list is released after the declaration of CUET results around Late June or July to begin the academic session in August/September.

CUET eligibility requirement:
For appearing in the CUET (UG) - 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (UG) - 2023 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University / Institution / organisation in which they are desirous of taking admission. First of all, you have not mentioned a particular college name so it is difficult to provide the correct information. However, 351 marks in CUET UG is a very good score in the general category. The duration of the course is 3 years. With these marks, you may get into these colleges for the B.A. Programme.
1- Delhi University, Delhi.
2- Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
3- Central University of Haryana, Haryana. I hope this will help you. If you've any other queries please ask.

First of all, Delhi University takes admission for the MCA programme on the basis of the entrance exam, DUET (which is conducted by itself at Delhi University), not through CUET-PG. A Master of Computer Application MCA is a two-year degree course. Eligibility Criteria: Pass 10+2 with a grade point average of 60 percent. The university has provided relief in the annual exam for special category candidates. Students need to have a UG degree in Math and Science as a compulsory subject in exams, either from DU or any other recognised university. I hope this will help you.

According to your score, you may be admitted to the B.Tech programme in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations. However, the competition will be high because, as per the latest update on the DU website, around 15791 candidates have preferred this course, which has just 50 seats. Even among these seats, only 20 are open-category seats. As you can see the overall cutoff can be as high as 275 out of 300. Therefore, you are advised to register for other courses also, keeping all possibilities in mind.

Hi, This is the first time that Delhi University is conducting admission on the basis of CUET scores. Earlier, it used to be on a merit basis. Therefore, you have a comparatively better chance to get admission to colleges like Bhagini Nivedita College for the B.A. Hindi programme. You may also apply to Aditi Mahavidyalaya for its B.A. Programme. You will have to register at the official website of DU to be considered for admission. You can apply without worrying about possibilities, as your admission is subject to the relative cutoff of other applicants.

Since you have not mentioned any particular course, I assume you are referring to the B.Tech. In Information Technology and Mathematical Innovation offered by CIC under DU. Your percentile is high enough to make you eligible for admission; however, it may not assure you admission for this course as only 50 seats are available and priority will be given to CUET scores. Also, admission will be on a merit basis, and for outside Delhi candidates, the cut-off will be high. However, if you are referring to Delhi Technological University (DTU), then you may have some chances to get admission to branches like mechanical engineering and biotech
