No, it is not under eligibility criteria. Mathematics is compulsory subject for DU JAT exam.

Dear Akshita,
Different colleges have different eligibility criteria. However, at fundamental level your aggregate score should be higher than 75% (to get the good college) and your best 4 should also have higher than 60%.

Yes, you're eligible for DU JAT if you completed your 10+2. So, you're eligible stream doesn't matter.
