Pros of having these two specializations are that there are very vast career opportunities in both the fields including the salary package. The con could be you have to put a lot of effort in both the subjects as there is a technicality in B.A. As well as in Finance.

Yes, you are eligible to get a seat after class 12th. The procedure for application is to fill out the VIT Vellore application form. The university selects candidates for VIT Vellore counseling based on UG scores. Participate in Vellore Institute of Technology counseling. The final selection of candidates is done by the varsity.

Yes you have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you an integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and the mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or 2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1).
