Hello Danthala,It is indeed very nice to see you asking correct questions or raising correct queries before you take the plunge and select the branch for studying in an engineering college. To tell you, frankly speaking, at the moment CSE is the branch that is most in demand by the recruiters, as a result more and more students give it as their first choice and this increases the requirement of scoring better and in your case better in JEE Mains. Placements wise it is the B.Tech CSE, which will attract maximum placements however if you are interested in studying a little higher then integrated course is a better option since after the completion of graduation part you don't have to appear for any entrance exam at all, but are cleared for admission into M.Tech immediately after passing out.
