No, there is no way out to get admission for MA English without completing a Bachelor's degree. You need to have a Diploma or degree to get admission. Short term Diploma will be accepted or not depends on individual college eligibility which you need to check before applying.

All the syllabus for every higher studies is generally based on their base syllabus only for B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech. All is based on the class 11th and class 12th only.
