There is no integrated B.Tech aeronautical engg. course at Silver Oak's College of Aviation Technology, Ahmedabad. The college offers B.Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering. The course duration 4-years. To be eligible you need pass class 12th with a minimum of 45% marks, in PCM  stream from a recognised board.Admission is through counseling conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains and Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET).The fee is INR 3.12 Lacs for the whole course, followed by one time payment of INR 1500. If you opt for a hostel you need to pay INR 3.96 Lakh. I hope it will help. 

Based on your academic record of 94.83% in PCM and 949 on the Andhra Pradesh board exam, you are eligible for VIT-AP'sIntegratedM.Tech program.  You easily meet the minimum 65% pass percentage requirement set by VIT-AP for admission to their Integrated M.Tech programs in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Your performance on the entrance exam will be taken into your account for admissions, which means that your high marks should put you in a good position to get into Category 1. For the first three years of the Integrated M.Tech programs at VIT-AP, the Category 1 tuition fees are INR 96,000 per year; in the fourth and fifth years, the fees increase slightly.
