Hi. Yes, after completing Integrated B.Ed. course, one may go for M.Sc or Integrated Masters programs such as M.Sc. M.Ed. or M.A. M.Ed., with relevant subjects.

In my opinion, only advantage is that one can resolve their pre and post graduation in 5 years duration as it will take 6 years to complete both but according to placement wise I'll prefer doing B.Tech and then M.Tech or MBA full 6 year course.

There are many colleges. One of them is IIIT Bangalore. There are even more colleges but what I feel is there applications are over. IIIT take admission through JEE score and is having a separate counseling.

Yes, of course. You may drop out after graduation in an integrated 5 years course, if there is an exit option. Mostly the institutes have such facility. Read the terms and conditions properly in advance to avoid problems in future. Thanks and all the best.
