IMS, Amity, and IILM are some of the institutes. However, I would suggest you do BBA first and then try in top-ranked colleges for MBA as many of them don't provide integrated courses or BBA. If you have the passion for something then nothing will be difficult for you.

Hello,
Intergrated course can work wonders for you if you do it from a reputed institute. It's okay if you didn't study accountancy in high school because even science students go for BBA/MBA. This particular course unlike B.Com (Hons) is more business oriented. Basics of accountancy will be there initially for eg. important terms and it's use.

Yes, LLB is available in Osmania University. But you have to check individually in which college of the university this course is available.
