Duke has an acceptance rate of 5.8-6%. Therefore, the acceptance rate is low making Duke University extremely selective. One needs to usually have a high GPA and a high SAT/ACT score (cross-check this requirement with the department/course) to increase their chances of getting into the programs. If you are a graduate student, you also need to remember to articulate your message of 'Why Duke' in your statement of purpose and you should also have strong referees who can vouch for your abilities and skills.

1. Duke University's Fuqua School of Business holds a prestigious position globally. TAPMI, while respected within India, may not have the same level of international recognition as Duke. One needs to consider the weight placed on global reputation when making a decision.2. Duke University offers global opportunities and global immersion programs. TAPMI also provides international exposure but may have a more localized network.3. Pursuing an MBA at Duke University involves higher tuition and living expenses compared to TAPMI. So based on factors like these, one can do a SWOT analysis before taking admission.
