DSIMS has a strong faculty team with industry experience and academic qualifications. Many of the faculty members are doctorates and have over 8 years of experience in the industry .The Director of DSIMS is Dr. C Babu, who has been associated with prestigious institutes like YMT College of Management and ITM Business School. He has also held positions of Academic Head at the Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences and as the Dean of School of Management and Media Studies (SAMS) . Dr. Babu has conceptualized, designed and conducted unique training programs and introduce Executive Development Programs as a part of his Directorial initiative across various Business Schools in the country. His area of teaching and research are focused on Consumer Behavior and Business Strategy .Dr. Sarika Jain is a Professor, Assistant Dean – Academics, and HoD – Human Resource at DSIMS. She is a Fellow (Ph.D.) of the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) in the area of Human Resources Management. She holds a first-class Master’s degree in Social Work with a majorspecialisationin Human Resources & Social Work from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). She has experience of teaching for about 17 years . Dr. Jain has received the Devang Mehta Award for “Best Professor in CSR” in 2015 .Overall, DSIMS has a strong faculty team with a combination of industry experience and academic qualifications to provide students with a well-rounded education.

Women's Hostel at DSIMS is operated under the name of Draupadidevi Sanwarmal Women's Hostel. Following are the charges for the women's hostel Triple Sharing AC Room:For 12 months: Rs. 1,92,000/-For 6 months: Rs. 1,02,000/-Following are the charges for the women's hostel Triple Sharing Non-AC Room:For 12 months: Rs. 1,44,000/- For 6 months: Rs. 78,000/-Additional, there is a security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- for both the categories of room. Currently these are the only options for Women Hostel. Boys Hostel at DSIMS is operated under the name of Jankidevi Bilasrai Bubna Boys Hostel. Following are the charges for the boys hostel 2 bedSharing AC Room:For 12 months: Rs. 1,92,000/-For 6 months: Rs. 1,02,000/-Following are the charges for the boys hostel 3 bedSharing AC Room:For 12 months: Rs. 1,56,000/- For 6 months: Rs. 84,000/-Additional, there is a security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- for both the categories of room. Currently these are the only options for Boys Hostel.Please note that the above charges includes Breakfast and Dinner for both Boys as well as Women's.
