The fee is around 3-3.5 lakhs for 3 years though the charges increased with time.

NSHM or BC Roy. But I prefer NSHM cause it was a management college where BC Roy is an Engineering college.

No this not mandatory. But for attendance, they give you some marks which is going add in your semester result. But yes, if you have some real reason, I don't think they will mind.
