Yes both on campus and off campus housing is available there.Durham College apartments are available to all students on the Oshawa and Whitby campuses.On- campus residence Each of the rooms feature the following amenities:Wifi access cable television on-site laundry every other week housekeeping services24-hour securitycommon lounges and gaming roomssocial activities for you and your new friends.Off- campus residence These private houses are only available to students and are located near the Oshawa campus.Foundry 1805-  located on Simcoe Street, a short distance from campus of Oshawa. These are either unfurnished or furnished units, with laundry on each floor and group or private study areas. (A 12-month lease is required.)Simcoe Foundry-  directly across the street from the Oshawa campus. Three-bedroom and five-bedroom suites are offered. There is a bathroom in each room. The kitchen and living area are shared. Cleaning service twice a month. Utilities are extra and are automatically shared among renters, with bills issued directly by Varsity. Apply online or go to their store to see a model unit. (A lease term of September to August is required.)17 Hundred - A five-minute walk from the Oshawa campus on Simcoe Street. There are two- to five-bedroom apartments available (lease terms vary depending on move-in date).
