No, there is no provision for direct admission at Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi. Interested candidates must appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to be eligible for the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) of Delhi University. CUET is conducted by the NTA. If the candidates manage to obtain the required marks in CUET, they will be admitted to the sought BSc course at Dyal Singh College.

For admission to the B.Sc. programme at Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi, the following minimal qualifications must be met: Applicants must have completed their 10+2 education from a recognized board Candidate must score minimum of 45% overall in the relevant three subjects plus one required language.Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and One Language are the mandatory subjects.The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in CUET.

The University of Delhi's Dyal Singh College's B.Sc. eligibility requirements are:Generally Accepted10+2 exam or its equivalent from a recognised board with a Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology) Minimum Score NecessaryIn the qualifying exam, candidates must have received at least 45% of the possible points (40% for OBC, PwD, and CW candidates, and 40% for SC/ST candidates). The final selection is based on CUET scores followed by PI and GDs.

M.A. Singh College admissions to M.A. courses including postgraduate5 in Mathematics and postgraduate7 in English is based on DUET scores. As per Dyal Singh College cutoff 2022, the closing scores for postgraduate5 in Mathematics was 86.91 postgraduate7 in English was 7.98 for the General category candidates belonging to All India Quota.Of both the PG courses,  postgraduate5 in Mathematics can be considered the most popular course as compared to other courses because of the competitive ranks.
