Dyal Singh college is in a very posh area ( Lodhi road). So, it is difficult to find a hostel there. But south extension and lajpat Nagar are nearby where you can find a lot of accommodations. Most of the students live there only. You can travel easily by Bus or metro there.

As per my understanding of your question is that you have applied for admission, but they aren't responding. To that, there are a lot of students registering around this time and every record is maintained by them manually. It takes around 2-3 days for them to revert back. Have patience. You will get your reply soon.
