Hello Shri Ram, when will colleges will have physical classes is indeed a very moot point. As you must be aware, it will depend on how covid situation pans out. Govts in meanwhile announce the opening and may postpone again. None can predict. One needs to keep track of Covid's situation to guess. Best wishes to you.
