Have you seen any engineer that studied at home and became successful? What is the need for such colleges if one can pursue a BE from home? Would you be able to learn and conduct practicals at home? Short Answer, YOU CAN NOT. The best option for you is to pursue a regular B.Tech/B.E. From a recognised college after taking admission through lateral entry.

If you are unsure about which university to choose to pursue a distance course. I would suggest IGNOU. It provides regular, online and distance courses to students according to their choice. It has study centres all over India and you will get study material from there too.
