It's very heartening to know of your desire to study further. It's also nice to know that you are interested in doing BA from distance learning mode. Good. You can study at your convenience while doing a job also. I would advise you to download the brochure cum application form of IGNOU. Go through it and you will be on way to obtain BA.

There no such thing as BCA tuition. You can search for tuition at your place where you live. Do you want to learn online? If so, you can do the subject wise study.

One is that you must possess the skills that will be required in the job plus journalism is a big skill demanding job. Secondly there must be a vacancy for you to occupy.
