Hello,
Yes, you are eligible to study B.Ed in Science. The admissions in B.Ed are supposedly going on, so you should fill the admission forms as soon as possible. After B.Ed you have to give CTET exam to be eligible to start teaching.

Yes, you can do M.Sc. Ecology and environmental Science after completing your B.Sc in genetics. There is no problem at all. Many people do so.
