There is no such distinction of NIOS students for admissions in DU. You will be totally eligible, but the admissions are based on merit so you will need to score accordingly. I suggest seeking out last year's merit list to get a general idea as it varies each year.

Generally you must have graduated in economics and you must have scored 55% aggregate marks after that you are eligible for Masters programme. Hi dear,There are no such limitations that a BA Candidate cannot do MBA. You need to clear the Management entrance test like MAT or CMAT or CAT or XAT. Also, it would be helpful for an economics candidate to do MBA in finance. Because everything in finance revolves around economics.

Candidates should be post graduates from a recognised university in Economics/ Business Economics / Applied Economics /Econometric for Indian Economic Service. Even candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examinations are also eligible provisionally subjected to producing proof of passing along with detailed application form. Further the candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st January, 2011. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC and other eligible candidates will be as per the rules and regulations of UPSC.

As per my opinion and knowledge, Delhi University conducts an entrance exam for MA in economics and being a category student, you have much more chances of getting admission, it doesn't matter from where you have completed your graduation degree.
